Rocky Community Church welcomes everyone with open arms and a judgement-free atmosphere. We are here for you with a loving congregation and a pastor who cares about you. Many of our church members are from Johnson City Texas and also from as far as Fredericksburg. Pastor David Kurimski teaches the bible verse-by-verse, chapter-by-chapter, book-by-book (expository preaching) and will be involved in your life. Join us and see the difference!
In preparation for Sunday’s service: Good morning, everyone. Before we open our Bibles to John chapter 6 today, I want to ask you a question. Have you ever noticed how quickly public opinion can turn?
One day, an athlete, a politician, or a musician is the most loved person in the country. Everybody is buying their jersey, sharing their clips, and downloading their music. And then, almost overnight, they say something challenging. They say something counter-cultural. They make a demand that people don’t like, and suddenly… the stadium empties out. The crowd vanishes.
If you want to see the most dramatic example of that happening in history, you don’t have to look at modern social media. You just have to look at John chapter 6.
